Volunteer Work Parties

Spring Work Plan

Now that the days are getting longer and the sun’s rays are getting warmer it is the time we really start in working on getting the ships ready for going back in the water. There is a lot of work ahead, as usual, so please check the schedule and see where you can help out.

Some of the trips we are looking for experienced crew, where as other trips we would love to have you aboard and help you learn the ropes!  Space is limited for some of the sessions so if you would like to join us please let me know at your earliest convenience.

What kind of party?
First off, in nautical circles "parties" usually mean work as in "shore party" or "boarding party." So, a "work party" is not a party with people from work, but a group of volunteers gathered to do some work.

Please note: you will be required to provide your ID card for all the BBI programs. If you do not have a BBI ID card fill in an online registration from and in the note section write ‘ID card required.’
